  • It is a good idea to have some Hors d' Oeuvres out while your guests are awaiting the bridal party to arrive to the reception.
  • Plan ahead for the cake cutting and serving the cake. Do not assume the caterer will be cutting the cake and plating it. We are more than happy to cut and serve the cake for you for a $100.00 fee. This allows us to have the staff that it takes to cut and plate the cake. 
  • Inform the caterer of any guests who may have a food allergy
  • When renting china it is vitally important to use these numbers when deciding how much to rent:
    • 1.1 Dinner Fork per place setting
    • 2.1 Salad Forks per place setting
    • 1.1 Spoons per place setting
    • 1.1 Knives per place setting
    • 1.1 Dinner Plate per place setting no larger than 10.25" 
    • 2.1 Salad Plates per place setting no larger than 6" OR 1.1 Dessert and 1.1 Salad
    • 1.75 Water Goblets per person
    • .75 Coffee Mugs and Saucers per person
    • 1.1 Napkins per place setting
  • When purchasing plasticware it is vitally important to use these numbers when deciding how much to purchase:
    • 3.1 Forks per place setting
    • 1.1 Spoons per place setting
    • 1.1 Knives per place setting
    • 1.1 Dinner Plate per place setting no larger than 10.25"
    • 2.1 Salad Plates per place setting no larger than 6" OR 1.1 Dessert and 1.1 Salad
